Questions, answered
A little more clarity before you begin.
The Seregram process is personal, but it should never feel unclear. Find the current answers below.
How does Seregram create my song?
You choose a package and tell us the story through a guided intake. A Seregram Creator writes the lyrics and directs the song's sound, mood, and emotional arc. The music and vocals are generated using advanced AI, then curated and refined by your Creator.
How long does a custom song take?
The current production guidance is at least five business days for Signature, seven for Premier, and ten for Legacy. Your requested delivery date remains part of the intake, and the form warns you when it falls inside the current production window.
How long will my song be?
Signature follows the focused standard commission. Premier and Legacy let you request a short song of roughly 90 seconds or a full song of three minutes or more.
Can I request changes?
Signature is a single-pass commission with no revisions. Premier includes one revision round, and Legacy includes two. Your private review page shows the remaining allowance and lets you approve the song or request a revision.
What is included in each package?
Signature includes guided intake, one genre and style direction, a digital certificate, and digital song delivery. Premier adds text-only creator messaging, one revision round, a digital Typeset Lyric Manuscript, and broader arrangement direction. Legacy adds a second revision round, extended composition, and multiple mixes.
How is the finished song delivered?
Every package lets the buyer choose a private Seregram delivery page or MP3 delivery by email. The private page provides playback and download. Legacy also offers WAV when the buyer chooses email-file delivery.
