What We Collect

When you place an order, Seregram collects the information you provide in our checkout and intake form, including your name, email address, recipient details, and the creative brief for your custom song (occasion, story, preferences, and any personal details you choose to share). Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card number or payment credentials.

If you sign up for our early access or launch notification list, we collect only your email address for that purpose.

How We Use Your Information

Order information is used solely to fulfill your custom song, communicate with you about your order, and deliver the finished song to you or your recipient. Email addresses on our notification list are used to send launch updates. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g. Stripe for payment processing, AWS for secure storage).

Unsubscribing

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it immediately removes your email address from our notification list. To request deletion of your order data, contact us at hello@seregram.com.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States. We use encryption in transit and at rest to protect your information.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar privacy regulations, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, unsubscribe using the link in any of our emails or contact us at hello@seregram.com. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.

Cookies

Seregram uses localStorage in your browser to remember whether you have already subscribed, so we do not show you the sign-up form again. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
